What we do
We collect publicly advertised mortgage, refinance, HELOC, home equity, auto and personal loan terms, organize them by product and borrower state, and link each observation back to its lender source.
Our independence model
No lead-selling. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or application data. We have nothing to sell to lenders, and we never send them your details.
No pay-to-rank. Organic rankings follow only the controls you choose. No lender can pay to appear higher, be featured, or receive a preferred label.
No compensation-driven rankings. Compensation never changes the methodology, the dataset, or the ordering of organic results.
What we are not
LoanMate is not a lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator. We do not make or arrange loans, take applications, guarantee rates or approvals, or provide financial advice. Listing a lender is not an endorsement; rates can change and should be confirmed with the lender directly.
