1. What LoanMate.ai is

LoanMate.ai ("we," "us," "our") is an independent informational rate-comparison service. We publish publicly advertised interest rates and terms for home loans (purchase, refinance, HELOC, home equity), auto loans, personal loans, and credit cards, as advertised by the named lenders and issuers on their own public websites.

We are not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, or financial advisor. We do not make loans, arrange loans, take loan applications, collect personal financial information, or perform credit checks.

2. Rates and terms shown are informational only — verify with the lender or issuer

• Rates, APRs, fees, and terms shown on this site are those publicly advertised by the named lender or issuer on the "last verified" date shown alongside each listing. Lenders and issuers can and do change rates without notice.
• Always confirm current terms directly with the lender or issuer before applying. The figures on this site are not quotes, offers, approvals, or guarantees that any rate, term, or approval is available to you. Actual rates and approval depend on your credit profile, loan amount, property, employment, and other underwriting factors.
• Estimated payments, where shown, are illustrations based on stated assumptions (loan amount, down payment, term, credit tier) and are not quotes or offers.
• We work to keep data accurate and current through a regular verification cycle, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of any rate or term shown.
• Published rate observations are retained with their observation dates and source URLs per our internal record-retention policy (24 months), so advertised figures can be reconstructed.

3. Not financial advice

Content on this site — including rate rankings, comparisons, calculators, and educational materials — is general information only and is not personalized financial advice. Nothing on this site creates a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and LoanMate.ai. Decisions about borrowing, refinancing, or applying for credit are significant; consider consulting a licensed financial professional or attorney before acting.

4. How we rank and our independence

• Tables are ranked by the criteria you select (for example, lowest APR), based solely on the published data fields we collect.
• As of the drafting of these terms, the site accepts no advertising, affiliate payments, or referral fees from any lender or issuer, and no lender can pay to appear higher or be featured. If monetization changes, these Terms and the Advertising Disclosure will be updated before any paid placement goes live.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site (including rates, listings, and lender data) by automated means without our prior written permission;
• Misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
• Copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the site's data or content without permission;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The LoanMate.ai name, logo, mascot, tagline, site design, and original content are our property or used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rate data and lender/issuer names are factual information published for informational and comparative purposes. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The site links to lenders' and issuers' own websites so you can verify terms and apply directly. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.

8. No warranties; service provided "as is"

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanMate.ai and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, including reliance on any rate, term, or comparison shown — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site will not exceed $100.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and announce material changes by a site notice (the site collects no PII, so email notice is not available). Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any court action arising from these Terms or your use of the site must be brought in Massachusetts courts.

12. Relationship to other policies

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Advertising Disclosure pages. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those pages, the Privacy Policy and the Advertising Disclosure control where they conflict on privacy or advertising subjects.
